Here at Altered States Integration, recreational is not a dirty word. We prefer to reclaim the word rather than eliminate it because fun and recreation have an important role in healing and growth. Not every meaningful experience has to begin with a solemn intention. Sometimes it is the vacation from ordinary life that helps. Sometimes it is the laughter. Sometimes it is the feeling of being alive with other people.

Play does not make an experience shallow. In fact, joy, silliness, pleasure, curiosity, and connection can all be part of what helps people soften, open, and heal. Psychedelics may invite deep emotional material, but they can also remind us that social connection is medicine and that delight has value too. Integration helps us recognize what was nourishing in those lighter moments instead of dismissing them as less important.

Join us for this themed integration circle as we take a fun approach to processing psychedelic experiences. Come reflect on the healing role of play, social connection, and recreation, and hear how others are making meaning out of experiences that were joyful, funny, bonding, or unexpectedly therapeutic.

What is an integration Circle?

An Integration Circle is a safe, supportive space where individuals can process and reflect on their psychedelic experiences. These gatherings allow participants to share insights, challenges, and questions, fostering deeper understanding and personal growth. Whether you're seeking clarity on a powerful journey or simply curious to hear from others, integration circles provide a sense of community and connection. All are welcome—whether you feel called to share your story or simply listen and hold space for others. Come as you are and join us in exploring the transformative power of integration together.

*Due to the sensitive nature of integration circles, NO RECORDING is available. 

**Please try to be on time as you may not be able to get in after our icebreaker because we are busy or we are waiting until a sensetive share is over.

Integration Circle Rules

After our ICE-BREAKER, we will open up the circle 1st to people who would like to integrate a specific experience. Shares are given up to 5 min. We will then ask if the person would like to receive reflections. If desired, we will open the floor for 2-3 reflections. At that point we will then move to the next share.

If no one feels called to share a personal experience we will open the circle to questions and general conversations. Please limit shared times to allow responses.

We are also going to ask everyone to:

- Speak from personal perspective

- No Advice Giving. Use 'I' statements.

- Bring an open mind

- Confidentiality “what happens in Zoom, stays in Zoom”

- No Recording of ANY kind

- Silence all electronic devices

- Avoid distractive behavior: eating, multitasking, driving

- Mute mic when not talking

- avoid crosstalk

- Participation! We request that everyone participates on some level. That can look like: just turning on your camera, or participating in the check in verbally or via the chat. This is for the comfort of the group and everyone who is showing up and sharing vulnerably.

- No Solicitation of Substances or Promotion of Retreats (see disclaimer) please avoid naming specific guides or retreats

- No showing stash picks or substances on camera
