Processing Uncomfortable, Painful, and Ugly Psychedelic Experiences: Themed Integration Circle October 2020

Have you had a scary trip you just can’t shake? How can we get past difficult psychedelic experiences? Is it possible to avoid “bad trips“ altogether?

Processing difficult psychedelic experiences isn’t fun but integration can catalyze selfgrowth.

In October’s themed integration circle, we will:

• Share tips for safely navigating your altered states experiences when they turn uncomfortable.
• Discuss Skills for processing difficult psychedelic experiences
• Hold space for community sharing of “bad“ trips.
• Practice grounding skills and clearing meditations.

In this special, themed integration Circle we examine the quintessential lie of “bad trips“ and how the perspective shift can facilitate self growth. This doesn’t mean putting on rose colored glasses or ignoring negative emotions. We will examine these themes within the safety of our community.

Please bring relevant stories, poems, artwork to share. We also recommend showing up with a curious attitude and open mind.

Join Altered States Integration in a safe online space to talk about altered states of consciousness that are induced by psychedelics and/or spiritual emergence.
