In the psychedelic space, we talk a lot about mindset, trauma, and integration. But what about the nutritional foundations that quietly influence everything from emotional resilience to the intensity of a ceremony? Blood sugar crashes, gut imbalances, and long-standing nutrient deficiencies can sabotage healing or, conversely, become powerful leverage points for transformation.
As psychedelic healing becomes more mainstream, a growing number of people seeking transformation will bring with them chronic health conditions—diabetes, autoimmune disorders, long-standing nutrient deficiencies, and more. While we often focus on the psychological side of the psychedelic healing journey, it's time we gave equal attention to the foundational nutrition that truly sets people up for biological success.
This workshop invites psychedelic professionals, space holders, therapists, and curious individuals to pull up a chair for an often-overlooked player in the healing team: the nutritionist.
From the myths of miracle cures to the real-world risks of blood sugar crashes in ceremony, we’ll explore how deficiencies, disordered eating, long-term addiction, and poor food habits can quietly sabotage outcomes—or become powerful points of entry for integration and sustainable change. Nutrition therapy isn’t simply about restriction. It’s about adding in what supports the body, mind, and spirit—and creating habits around food that care and honor the whole human.
