This week our theme is going to be grief.  Collectively, we are dealing with and processing a lot of grief.  Grief over a loss of normalcy, grief over losing a job, grief over losing (or the potential of losing) a loved one.  Let's talk about grief and share tips for integration during this time.

What happens when life/reality begins to feel like an altered state?  Altered States Integration will share our perspective on the parallelism between altered states and social distancing.
