Difficult does not equal a “Bad Trip”

Have you been afraid to trip again because of past difficult experiences while using entheogens? When does a bad trip become a sign to put down the medicine? Can we still make the most out of the emotionally challenging trip?

Zendo Project has been trying to shift the conversation around ‘bad trips’ with one of their principles being that difficult is not bad. Trying circumstances can oftentimes become a catalyst for growth if approached in the right manner. In this themed integration group, we’ll create a safe space to explore the uncomfortable and often difficult side to psychedelics and try to reframe these experiences.

Join Altered States Integration in a safe online space to talk about altered states of consciousness that are induced by psychedelics and/or spiritual emergence. 

This is a great opportunity to share stories and insights and to dive deeper into your experience in a safe, like-minded, and supportive community. We also welcome those who are simply curious about psychedelics and their potential for healing and transformation.
