Dancing With Your Shadow

Everyone has a dark side and psychedelics often bring us face-to-face with this shadow side.  Although difficult, these experiences can be the most powerful and transformative types of journeys. Let's explore the wisdom that our shadow can teach us in this safe container.

Please bring relevant stories, poems, artwork to share. We also recommend showing up with a curious attitude and open mind.

Join Altered States Integration in a safe online space to talk about altered states of consciousness that are induced by psychedelics and/or spiritual emergence. 

This is a great opportunity to share stories and insights and to dive deeper into your experience in a safe, like-minded, and supportive community. We also welcome those who are simply curious about psychedelics and their potential for healing and transformation.
